Would be nice if there were some prospect of adopting something along these lines in our case. Although to these principles you would have to add infrastructure, because as so many people are pointing out, a big new development puts additional strain on the existing services and facilities. Where is this examined at the County Council level? They have a Traffic Strategy department, but what about all the rest? Any comments?
