Re:A safe bet for my pension? - 2006/11/16 01:24 surefire winner rightly asks how much reliance we should place on this document. Well, what is most worrying is we are expected to rely on a massive superdevelopment, that is saught by a man who DOES place his trust in this individual, and one would have thought provided him with the information he has with-held from us. Very worrying.

Re:A safe bet for my pension? - 2006/11/16 01:59 I downloaded the big prospectus for the Phoenix Development from the site, which took me a long time because the Adobe Acrobat .pdf file is so large (over 20 megabytes). It runs to 46 pages, and whether it's entirely reliable or not, it's certainly no hoax, it's full of detail (text, pictures, plans etc) and must have taken the Angel Property people weeks if not months to create. I find it incredible that this document has become available through such a bizarre route - we've been told all along that this information would not be available until Angel Property's planning application had been submitted, and here it is freely available on an obscure little web site (no offence intended to the IFA concerned). Some kind of explanation by someone would surely be in order.

Re:A safe bet for my pension? - 2006/11/17 14:37 Paul J, VivaLewes have wrongly attributed finding this website to me rather than you. Sorry. I emailed a number of people with the link you supplied clearly acknowledging you and the LM website as the source. But, it appears someone just passed on the link. The glory is all yours. Shouldn't you now come out of the closet and take a bow?

Dear site visitor at IP address 38.103.63.61. We were forced to make it necessary for you to register and login before making forum postings because of the constant flood of unwanted and often abusive material that was being uploaded by anonymous spammers from all over the world. I'm sure you know the sort of stuff - viagra ads and the like - what a bore! But you can of course read the postings without logging in, and in any case it only takes a couple of minutes to register - you're not losing your privacy, but you're keeping out the spammers. So do please register and continue using the forum - we need your input! Thanks, Lewes Matters Admin.
