Why if Charles Style wants to consult and respond to the reasonable views of Lewes residents do we have to wait until the planning application is made before we can have a clear answer to the oft repeated questions:
- what is the developers' current target for housing density
- how high will all the various buildings be (lets not split hairs about whether they are blocks or towers if they are 8 stories high they are 8 stories high)
Why I am I not reassured to hear that we will eventually get a straight answer to these very clear questions, but not before an application is safely lodged?
