Re:Phoenix Action - 2006/04/22 00:07 We are planning to produce a computer generated massing study which will allow the development massing to be viewed from all different angles. This will be available as well as a physical model and will be on display at at the time of the planning application.

Re:Phoenix Action - 2006/04/22 01:03 I can't help but notice from recent postings on this
page, that though Mr Style is happy to discuss details of an as yet unseen
model, he is not in a rush to provide us with basic details of the height of
his buildings. Does he have something to hide?

Re:Phoenix Action - 2006/04/22 01:25 The proposed building heights were shown at the exhibition by way of a heights board and three massing diagrammes which had all the building heights marked on them ,When our application goes in the diagrammes and plans will be accompanied by a physical model and a computer massing model. We have never tried to hide the heights proposed and for that reason we displayed the drawings and diagrammes mentioned here. The building heights and massing are currently under review and will be finalised shortly at which point we will start work making the models.which will be on display to the public.

Re:Phoenix Action - 2006/04/22 01:36 I asked for figures because they were quoted on the leaflet that was apparently completely inaccurate. L. Sugar is right, and I am still interested to know what the density, and height figures are.

Re:Phoenix Action - 2006/04/22 02:58 Dear Mr Style

I an confused by your replies.

If you look at my original message, a page or two back, you will see that I asked for 4 specific figures relating to the development and information on a leaflet that you described as being completely inaccurate. To remind you, I asked

If there is currently a tower proposed that is 8 storeys high

how many blocks over a specific number of storeys are currently proposed

What the density figure of the proposed development is, and

What the denisity figure of surrounding areas of Lewes are.

Dear site visitor at IP address 38.103.63.61. We were forced to make it necessary for you to register and login before making forum postings because of the constant flood of unwanted and often abusive material that was being uploaded by anonymous spammers from all over the world. I'm sure you know the sort of stuff - viagra ads and the like - what a bore! But you can of course read the postings without logging in, and in any case it only takes a couple of minutes to register - you're not losing your privacy, but you're keeping out the spammers. So do please register and continue using the forum - we need your input! Thanks, Lewes Matters Admin.
