Dear Mr Style,
A building with at least one flat in it per story, that is 8 storeys high, can reasonably be described as an 8 storey 'tower block' because that is what it is. A tower shape, built in a block formation consisting of a minimum of 8 flats. Out of interest, how many flats are on the other storeys of this 8 storey building?
It seems that many are now interested to know the answers to my other questions are, so I do hope you will provide them.
