Harry   Will Mr Style be selling his Phoenix land? - 2008/04/01 14:34 One contributor to this site says, ''Mr Style has already admitted he intends to sell the land with outline planning permission to another developer, such as Barrat homes (who he has been in talks with) so the design is immaterial.' Mr Style has shown his commitment by moving to Lewes and we can only respect that. But I for one would like to be satisfied that his object isn't to get outline planning permission, sell what he owns on and pocket the profit.
