If the Phoenix development doesn't add 10% to the school population, what about adding the other developments both actual and proposed (this week: the Wenban-Smith site). Lewes Matters is now asking the education department how they will go about their forecast calculations, once the Phoenix application is in, so that a better idea of what the needs can be gauged. LM hope they include all the other developments that have or are definately going to happen in the town. Incidentally, the Lewes Matters forecast doesn't include secondary schools because of the complication of having 2 schools outside the town: Chailey and Ringmer
