We're very pleased Charles Style of Angel Property has withdrawn any threat of legal action against John Stockdale with regards his Phoenix Action flyer. Since then there's been a lot more debate focussing on the height and density of the proposed development, and we are waiting eagerly for Charles Style's promised physical and computer models, so we can see for ourselves. Click here to read the full story. Lewes Matters was able to obtain the flyer that sparked the threat of legal action. We have also spoken with Phoenix Action who say "as actual plans have yet to be submitted we intend to make some minor alterations to the poster text, but will continue to highlight the threats as we see them from the showcased plans at Market Lane Garage." |
