Lewes Matters found out this weekend that the timber merchant Wenban Smith has been sold for redevelopment,which now indicates that the "perceived threat of felling" mentioned in order number 4 comes not only from future development in the Phoenix industrial estate but also the redevelopment of the Wenban Smith site.
