It is clear from recent postings on the discussion forum, a snapshot of completed questionnaires and a rapidly rising visitor count that the Phoenix Quarter proposals and related issues are now a focus of real concern - about how we understand and participate in present and future development proposals within our town.

Thursday's annual Town Meeting will have an electors forum where we intend to keep these issues alive by addressing questions to our councillors.
